One must divulge to their employer which candidates they give money?

I just do not believe that it is an employer’s concern who you give money and such a policy will limit employee donations to candidates who may not be favored by the powers that be at a particular company.

I don’t think any of us would like to have our employers have to approve of where we donate money.

Not you, but at MSNBC apparently so. Otherwise, Olberdork could give much more free air time to his favorites, without the boss knowing about it, which could influence an election. I'm sure MSNBC doesn't want to be tinged with that allegation so they include it in their contracts.

If you sign a contract and blow it, you can get canned. Olberdork, as BRILLIANT as he is, should've known that.
