IMHO, the continuation and expansion of these programs proves the Democrat party is still teh party of racism. Different tactics, same story.

I recall reading in the 60’s the rate for whites was 2.5% and 25% for blacks, ten times the rate for whites.

And of course, that was several years before Roe v. Wade and the pill becoming available to unmarried women.

So just imagine what today’s “real” rate must be.
