Especially Big Words - like "God".

Don't forget the health care speech where TOTUS malfunctioned. He was talking about a child with asthma going to the ER and started with the "Er, um" "give the child a breathalyzer...I mean an inhalator..er, um"

It's an inhaler, not an inhalator.

What's more, President "I-Know-More-About-Everything-Than-Anybody-Else" doesn't understand much about illness, medicine, and medical treatments. Treating asthma is a wee bit more complicated than just "give the kid an inhaler."
