It is presumed under federal law that there is no joking with TSA agents - all statements will be taken seriously, even if they are “obviously” made in jest. But apparently not the other way around.

TSA is full of thieves stealing our stuff from our checked luggage ( even guns from police officers on official trips, and ) plus perverts who often grab a free feel .
