Another thing about voting machines. One would presume that voting machines should be faster than optical scan or punch hole ballots. (For the record, I actually like the punch hole ballot, they were much faster than optical scan and didn't require a working pen. When I voted at 6:00am in St. Louis, I was the only one there. I had my pick of booths. None of the booths had working pens).

Here in the MO 3rd, Jefferson County areas using exclusively optical scan reported earlier than the last 6 precincts of South St. Louis County which used mostly machines (one can always request an optical scan).

In any case Ed Martin (R) from optical scan regions was way ahead. Then at the last moment, areas that had machines reported last and put Russy Carnahan over the top. Why didn't machine areas report first???

Since this was electronic, why did some areas ‘report last’

At 9 PM the polls close and all precintcs should immediately upload.

IT should take SECONDS to have the machine totals
