Oh, come on. When was the last time anyone saw a compassionate liberal?

He's hoping Brown takes an "exhaustive approach" to reviewing government spending and uses his knowledge of how bureaucracies work to come up with plans.

Um, is this guy at all aware of history? Brown was the first in a long line of liberal politicians who put CA on this spending spree without regard for the taxpayers who must fund it. Expecting him to review spending and come up with plans is like giving an alcoholic the keys to your bar while you're on vacation and asking him to check on it for you.
