No it isn’t. You can carry in Hillsdale County court houses if you have the legal right to carry in the state.

I checked up on Hillsdale county, MI and found an article that would suggest you’re right. Then I found a follow up written by Judge Michael R. Smith. You can read it here:

Eaton county courthouse makes you check them at the door. and they don't allow blades, period.
