Bruning has $1M already banked for this race. I think I can tell who the establishment will favor. As far as I know he is a conservative. He's part of the ObamaCare lawsuit.
I like Stenberg well enough but he was just elected to be state treasurer.

I don’t believe that he’s run for federal office before, so I believe that the $1 million must be in a state campaign account. Can he tranfer that money to a federal campaign accout? I thought that that was a no-no.

I hope that Nelson plans to run for reelection and thinks he has a chance to win. That way, he’ll try to curry favor by voting with Republicans on one key vote after another.
