I interviewed Bruning for our hometown paper in his first run for AG. My impression was that he would seek higher office and was an effective campaigner. I’d vote for him for Senate.

Nelson is a pretty shady character, but you’d never know it from the fawning coverage by the Omaha/Lincoln media.
