Did I miss something, but it seems like 9th Circus turned something upon it’s head, and if not reversed, we have a Commie State, with the concept of private property abolished!

Did I miss something, but it seems like 9th Circus turned something upon it’s head, and if not reversed, we have a Commie State, with the concept of private property abolished! This ruling isn't anything different from what the IRS has said for decades. The income tax is based on the legal concept of letting you keep some of the government's money, not taking a certain percentage of yours.
A lot of people have gone to jail for not understanding this.
