Huckabees's getting support from somewhere in the polls the past few weeks, and in some polls he leads with 25%+. He's the only one I've seen get above 25%. I doubt he's getting much from the blue states.
I do not believe the source is accurate. Whether error or deliberate deceit I don’t know, or perhaps simply name recognition, but it just isn’t to be seen. Foolish evangelical boosterism for Carter was everywhere. For Huckabee? No.
This is about as Red State and Bible Belt as it gets, these are the circles that I mostly run in, and I am seeing and hear absolutely nothing about Huckabee. People are holding their cards closer than usual, but still there should be something.
