Sharron Angle's political team has accused Harry Reid of "stealing" the Nevada senatorial election, according to a blog on Babble.com. Even a popular trend on Google during the day Nov. 3 spoke of how popular Angle's argument was becoming.
On election night, Angle's team filed a complaint with the Justice Department saying casino owners were told to make sure their union members got out to vote on election night, as reported by Yahoo! News. Free Republic even posted pre-election polling data versus actual returns and made the revelation that Reid's son, Rory, is the county election commissioner for Las Vegas...

Not to get to deep but it is a programming flaw in the operating system of the machine. I have already asked the SoS to fix it by the next election.
Rory is a dolt. Sandoval was the casions and banks choice just like Harry was.
That would mean take approx 30,000 votes out of Reid’s column and put them into Angle’s from Clark County alone.
Angle is the clear winner!!
Take them to court!! Evict/convict Reid and throw him into prison!!
Next election? HELL NO!! Demand a new election!!
There would be no way that turnout would be DOUBLE than usual in order to SAVE Reid. No one could be that motivated.
Oh - did you have another one of them birthdays, Jim??? How did I miss that? I hope it was a very happy one - post election, it was not bad, huh?? Wishing you many many healthy and happy more.
Easy to fix in IMO.
- The source code is open for inspection by all parties on the ballot
- Upload the code right before an election to all machines in front of all parties evolved
- Lock the code down with an MD5 one-way Hash to prevent any tampering.
Sharron Angle should now get a court injunction to seize suspected election machines for testing.
Not for him. No way. If they loved Reid, they'd want his son.
All circumstantial points to fraud.
There is no such thing as programming ‘flaws’ when it comes to elections.
Retail Point of sales, airport baggage systems, elevators, ATMs, credit card transactions etc can get it right 99.99% of the time but electronic voting fails regularly across the country every election?
Won’t even mention mysterious fires in Houston warehouses with water sprinkler systems that destroy 10,000 electronic voting machines.
Not only that, but Clark County would have wanted incumbent 'Rat Dina Titus to stay in the House, right? Nope, she lost.
Thank you for the explanation
I’ve had that same thought. It’s like Reid was the inspiration for the character.
You are welcome.
If it’s a real problem, then they need to void this election and hold a new one!!
Nevada has the option of “None of the Above” on the ballots. I don’t think that would be counted, ie., 18,131 people may have voted “None of the Above”
No!
You write a program, which captures data like any machine, voting, credit card, whatever, you capture in what’s called an array until it gets passed (posted) into a record. The machines record records.
But you can change the data coming from the machines any way you want. You could say:
Field 1 = Governor
Field 2 = Lt. Gov
and so on.
You can write sen_vote = Reid for 1.13 for every gov_vote.
This can be tabulated before sending to the program result per E-Slate machine.
Computers are doorstops or dishwashers, the humans who program them are ‘computers’.
It is possible if Angle can convince the Nevada Supreme Court that this election was rigged. They certify the election on 23rd of November:
"As to the certification of the election, the Nevada Supreme Court is scheduled to review and declare the election "official" on Nov. 23. A losing candidate has three days to file a formal request for a recount and must pay for the estimated costs of the process up front. Only candidates are permitted to trigger recounts, which must be completed in five days."

That is very interesting indeed. I really, really hope you will contact Angle’s campaign with that same information, on how very easy it would be to select Reid unintentionally. They may already know this, but they may not. It strikes me that pure stutter-fingers by a lot of people who don’t bother to check the paper receipt, plus a few shenanigans here and there, might have put Reid over the top. Let me urge you to pursue this.
I worked on the Angle campaign. ;-)
