I’m NOT. ORC is Clinton’s buddy Gonads Vupta, or something like that, so I’d say this is a Clinton fishing expedition to determine which candidate they want to assign to the Repubs in 2012 like they assigned McPain to the Repubs in 2008.

Perhaps i'm too cynical, but maybe they put this out in order to follow it up it over the course of the next year with articles along the lines of "what Obama needs to do to win back voters" and then later if his numbers start to tick upward a bit "resurrection: remember how everyone was saying Obama was all but dead politically?" and then that way they can label him "the comeback kid!" à la Bill Clinton.
