the tally didn't include potentially tens of thousands of absentee ballots that election officials don't plan to begin counting until Tuesday.

Nov. 15 or so is the last date to get absentee ballots and questioned ballots in. The Lt. Gov. had orginally said the write-in ballots would be counted beginning on Nov. 18 but I see now he’s saying Nov. 10. I think time lines will be fluid until they get it underway.
