aren't there laws demanding the realize of poll numbers immediately?
When they wait to tabulate the major city votes until last, the only reason is that the pool of votes is large enough to offset whatever lead a Republican has. It may take them a while to “find” over 8000 votes in a city of 137,000 total. That may skew the dem % into the suspicious zone.
Ct is one party state- the law is merely incidental.
