Of course it is, just like banning the use of other legal products on private property. You know, smoking bans. It’s not like we didn’t see this coming....

I laugh when people say you don’t have a right to...

In the Preamble, we are afforded the right to peaceably assemble.

Now in MA, for most towns, if I wish to rent a hall in the VFW or Columbus for an evening, put out ashtrays and invite only smokers, I am not permitted to do so.

Peacable Assembly? Lan’o’th’free, homothebrave.

But many situational conservatives support Nannyism.
