Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) pledged on Wednesday to investigate both Barack Obama and George W. Bush with his newfound subpoena power when he takes over as chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
“I’m going to be investigating a president of my own party, because many of the issues we’re working on began [with] President Bush or even before, and haven’t been solved,” Issa said during an interview on MSNBC’s “The Daily Rundown.”

That’s exactly what I was going to say. He’s saying all the right things as a “prosecutor” - but all criminal roads will lead to the Democrats.

I want Chris Dodd frogmarched out of a congressional hearing. Plus, if Bush did engage in illegal activities (which I don't believe for a second, so this is a hypothetical), then I would want that to come to light as well.
Unfortunately, I don’t think Bawney Frank can be brought before a congressional hearing now that he won re-election. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Right like Bush hasn’t been investigated enough. Honestly sounds like Issa sucking up to the loons over at MSNBC b/c he thinks it gives him MSM creds to mention investigating Bush. Sheesh. He doesn’t get it. Reminds me of one John McCain circa 2007.
IOW’s, he’s saying he’s going to investigate back to the point in time when Dems won the majority.

Issa doesn’t need to investigate ANY presidents. Investigating the corrupt politicians in DC, wiII Iead to where we need to go.

Investigate the &%#$@*> so-called Czars. Who are they how much do they get paid? What is their budgets? Where is the accounting of the money spent?
