After giving a statement on the midterm elections earlier today, President Obama took questions in the East Room of the White House. ABC News reporter Jake Tapper reminded the President that, in 2006, former President Bush said we took a thumpin after a similar political drubbing and plainly asked the the sitting president what does it feel like? Obama did not hesitate in replying it feels bad before launching into a reasoned and reflective explanation of the results.

it feels bad
GOOD!!!!
Here's what I say to those idiots...you were elected to be a representative of the people in your district. You weren't sent to Washington to do what you thought was "right". If you knew a majority of the people you "represent" didn't want you to vote for Obamacare, then you shouldn't have voted for it!. That's why you just got voted out!!!
The newly elected representatives better learn that lesson quickly - represent your constituents, not yourself, or the President, or anything else. Otherwise, your head will be on the chopping block next!

Hey BO
“Get over it. We won.”
A single tear ran down the face of the most powerful man in the world today, as he realized it’d be somewhat (but not much, really) more difficult to spend other people’s money.
Then he read in today’s paper about the Fed, and remembered, “Oh, yeah, most of the government has nothing to do with elections.”
He was seen to be jumping and skipping on the lawn shortly thereafter. There was a matter of time left before the money would run out, and that matter of time no doubt would outlive his administration. He was free to waste maybe not as much as before, but certainly enough to keep him happy for the foreseeable future.
The only time it would be permissible for a representative to overrule his constituents is if they lost their collective minds, became a mob, and wanted to harm another group of people.
Other than that, a representative is called to protect his district from legislative abuses and represent her desires. If one cannot do that, he has no business running for that office.
