Six weeks after it passed our medican insurance went up over 25%. The invoice was accompanied by a letter explaining the increase was necessary to comply with the new regulations.
Last month we got a letter explaining we will have another increase the first of the year for the same reason.
You can ask if these increases are due to Obama-Kare or is it just the insurance company taking advantage of the situation. The reality is that in either case the catalyst is Obama-Kare.
And there is nowhere else for us to go for a competitive quote - there are very few companies that write medical insurance policies for people who are not in a group policy and who pay for their own insurance.
More to the point, if she is alive the old system must have worked.
If it ain't broke don't fix it.
But if it bankrups all working American taxpayers, eliminate it! How "good" it is, is irrelevant.
