I live with my mom and she’s 87!! She’s also a strong Republican.
I made her get up last night and have a snort with me, to celebrate!

I celebrated with a big bowl of banana split ice cream while I made a liberal go nuts in an email exchange!

It is NOT over yet!!!
We have to hold the GOPs feet to the fire. There will be all too many of them wanting to “reach across the aisle”.
Bullsqueeze!
NO compromise! NO “bipartisanship”. Socialism must be DEFEATED; completely, totally, and irrevocably!

California had ZERO Republican victories statewide.
It looks like voters failed to defend the two-thirds requirement for passing a budget.

I’m getting over Angle’s loss to Reid. We know there was a pile of shennanigans and every time we see Reid’s crusty old face on TV it will remind us of his perfidy.
With a small margin in the Senate - BO will not be able to bash the GOP for his next (FAILING) attempt of SHOVING MARXISM DOWN OUR THROATS.

No, now is not the time to celebrate.
We can not rest until the beast of the government is put back in it's cage and within it's boundaries, and power is back in the hands of the people.
We can not celebrate and rest until freedom reins in this country one again.
We can not celebrate until Marxism, Socialism, Liberalism, like cancer, is totally eradicated from a Free Constitutional Republic.
We can not celebrate until the hard work is done and our trust in is the divine providence of GOD.
JOHN 10 verse 10 Jesus said " the thief comes only to steal and kill and to destroy, I came that they may have life, and have it more abundantly "
The enemy will never give up, so we should with GOD's help never give up.

A powerful conservative block in the Senate and a conservative majority in the House!
This was the maximum we could have expected.
Conservatives had an historical victory.

We didn't win as much as I wish we could've, but when the Conservative wing of the GOP was fighting both the Obammunists AND the RINO/pansy-wing of the GOP, it was a good night (GREAT night in the House). We won just enough Senate seats to gum up anything Barry might want to try there, while the GOP won huge gains in the House where the energy for America and the 2012 elections will be.
I like the fact that Mississippi voted two Dems out of the House, including Gene Taylor, a 20 year officeholder. In spite of our reputation, Mississippi tends to elect very conventional politicians and is loathe to vote out someone with Seniority....the more Seniority, the more Pork rolls in to the State. However, Steve Palazzo ran a brilliant campaign down on the Coast and exposed Gene Taylor (a supposed Blue-dog Conservative) as the San Fran Nan-type poodle he really is.

I have mixed feelings about these checkerboard victories. Yes, we prevailed in the house, but not by as much as I thought we would or should. I fully expected for R's to take the Senate, and especially with the ouster of Reid.
If this is the most intense reaction we can get from a country that is "fed up" and angry with those in power, I don't think it bodes well for our future.

Celebrating one battle victory in the very large WAR with the left is appropriate.
However, yesterday’s retaking of the House is like Midway in WW2 and we still have a LONG way to go.
The war with the left will be a long slog and there WILL be some setbacks.
