If the Republicans are smart, they will bag the private jets and fly commerical jets like the rest of US.

Oh by the way that puts an R second in line of succession.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the dems slip in a bill to donate her jets to her future first lady speaker library

Yes! Thanks for the reminder that a R is second in line of succession!

If the Senate can “deny themselves” leased cars at the taxpayers expense, then the Representatives ought to follow suit. Enough of this mooching off the taxpayers when they already get millions to run their districts. And they want free cars too?

Further, get rid of the automatic pay raises for congress. They need to turn those raises back to the taxpayers.

And all elected officials ought to fly coach class for air travel. Forget “corporate gift travel.” If the elected officials start flying commercial, you can bet your grannies’ undies that commercial air travel will improve by about 10,000!!

And one more point. Reduce number of federal employees. And how could we decide which of these “absolutely essential” employees to go first? Here’s a clue: start with the employees who are watching porn, sitting in their little cubicles or in their offices, with their filthy dirty little porno eyes glued to their computer screens.

Oh, for sure, they’ll claim their passwords were stolen, or start cards or however they get logged on. Easy fix: if they can’t be trusted with keeping their password safe, then they ought not be trusted with one. Give them non-computer jobs. That would take care of their non-essentialness.
