I’ve been a Palin supporter and still send her money regularly. However, I listened to a snippet of her as she came on Fox last night and was not impressed. Too much excitement, too many words too fast, all seemed shallow and repetitive. I had a tough time listening to her, because I want her to succeed. I admit that the venue was a really tough one, though. I hope she projects more substance in the future. Live TV is pretty tough, I guess.

She was asked to comment on the election. It was her excitement that I liked so much. She just has this glow about her.

Even Geraldine Ferraro was respectful to her.

It's a strong temptation to want her to be so articulate every moment of every day that she's bullet proof ... just so impressive that even the far left will sing her praises. Well... that's not going to happen. It's important to remember that her goal right now is to be liked. To get people to be comfortable with her.

What's your reaction when someone attacks a person you like? If the moderates begin to like her...and the left attacks...the moderates will defend her.

Her goal isn't to set policy or to deliver the greatest speeches of all time... her goal is just to get people comfortable with her. To like her.

She's doing a heck of a good job at accomplishing her goal. I swear that smile of hers is infectious.

The far left already know this...she scares them to death. I read their forums. They are scared of Sarah Palin on a lot of different levels.

I think if she keeps this kind of exposure up for two more years, she's totally electable.
