Good, another Soros loss in a state sos position. Besides, the law that this guy wrote has given the Obama administration plenty a headache already, and thus he should be rewarded.

Kobach had made combatting election fraud his major issue. He advocates requiring voters to show a photo ID at the polls. The secretary of state is Kansas' top elections official. Good. I'd like to see people going to jail over vote fraud. There needs to be a strong message that we're not going to allow it. We should end voter registration anywhere other than the courthouse, and voters should be required to register before 2012.
