Again the “justice” department cooperates in the blatant breaking of the law by not arresting this guy.
My husband voted on his way to work this morning....on the way out, the gentleman next to him gave him a high five, saying it was time to take our country back! Loved it!
If he’s not armed and/or actively intimidating voters, there’s nothing wrong with him being there, if he’s outside the “electioneering” line.
Screw that. I would NOT let ANYONE deny me my right to vote-even thugs like this!
It might be a black homeless dude...or a black minister....or a black kittykat...but it is not a black panther.
Hell, this jerk couldn't intimidate a kid!!
At least his outfit is coordinated. The glasses, hat, and overcoat are all available in the clearance section at Thugs ‘R Us.

Yikes!! Hide your CRACKER babies!!
Oh horse apples! Since when are poll volunteers permitted to wear party affiliation buttons? And why the Black Panther intimidation costume?
Can’t they come up with someone more intimidating? He looks like Grady from Sanford and Son.
He looks pooped.

That’s what I was thinking...outside my polling place is a sign that says no campaigning within 50 feet. If he’s standing there all day with a button showing his party affiliation that should be enough to report him. Anyway, why would anybody be intimidated? It’s not like they’re asking you who you voted for on the way out. Seems like he’s just being a contrary child and doing what he’s been told not to do.
...without even saying anything nasty or partisan...
I guess I just don’t understand WHY people were intimidated. What did they expect those guys to do? Beat somebody up right there in front of everyone?? They wouldn’t have stopped ME from walking in and voting - what was the problem, anyway?
Did you WATCH the original video? The guys WAS intimidating. Remember, there were no news cameras around at that time. Before the age of cell phone video, the incident would never have seen the light of day, the media would dismiss it as an urban legend generated by racist right wingers.
I could see how a group of men, one with a nightstick, might intimidate some women, especially seniors, young women and/or women with children, perhaps even some senior men. Add the aggressive things the men were saying, and it definitely could scare some people.
And, yes, considering the black man selling Tea Party stuff who was beat up by SIEU members, I’d say being harmed IS a possibility.
Maybe he is one of those “will work for food” guys. Someone offer him a can of lima beans and see what he does.
If he’s just out there greeting people, they should simply smile, shake the man’s hand, and go in and vote.
