Blanche Lincoln LOST!
Yes, Pierrello (D) lost, but the margin was closer than expected abd closer than it should have been.
We are doing great in some House races, not in others. Our challengers are underperforming in CT, for starters.
The wave is uneven from state to state on House races.
I just got home ... How is Christine O’Donnel doing?
That’s what DrO asked me!
That’s what DrO asked me!
exactly! It is only 2047 EST for the love of God, they all sound like a bunch of Sally’s
Breitbart reporting that the CBS station in Anchorage has fired the two who were caught on the phone plotting against Joe Miller.

[Manchin is going to come under enormous pressure to vote yes on cap and trade. After swearing to the WV electorate]
No way after that campaign ad where he shoots the cap and trade bill with his rifle does he flip-flop.
WooHooooooo! Can't be repeated enough!
Duke, no Earl, no Marquise, no Count, no BARON Hill is out!
Interesting tidbit. Manchin's win is for a two year stint. He may vote with the GOP to insure his victory in 2012. Remains to be seen.
Sweet! I’m firing up another batch of popcorn.
RCP
House GOP +3 (88 seats decided)
Senate GOP +2 (GOP has held all its seats and picked up 2 DEM seats)
Govs GOP +2 (Big caveat: Although Arnie in Calif is a HUGE RINO, a Jerry Brown win is technically a DEM PICKUP)

I wasn’t aware that the WV seat was only a 2 year term to fill in the rest of KKK Byrds. So Manchin has to vote to repeal Obamacare etc if he has any hope of reelection in 2012.
Still a loss but not a 6 year loss.
We’re going to see some heavy turnaround to the Repubs when the reporters hit %50 and the rurals come in.
Here in SC EVERYONE was walking about with I Voted stickers.
>>Exit polls. Where have you been for the last 5 elections?<<
Exit polls usually arent even used till at least 50% of results are in.
GREAT analysis by Carl Cameron on Manchin on Fox just now.
Basically said Manchin *must* caucus with Republicans for the next two years if he wants to have any chance for reelection in 2012.
Indiana (9) should be called as a GOP pick up at any moment.
Indiana (2) is right down to the wire, less than 500 votes separating the candidates. This could be another GOP House pick up.
"As early returns are comming in from some of the southern states it's looking more and more like a wipeout"
Remember...this is a great evening and a start. Stay informed. Call them to account. Vote! This is a process not an event.
