I got one too and wondered the same thing.
No, it is evidence of no such thing.
Millions of people sign up for absentee’s well in advance. When it’s actually time to vote and they receive their ballot they decide they don’t feel like it and toss it away.
My state has a mail in ballot state wide but not everyone registered is going to vote and return it. I’d hazard a guess a lot of those unreturned ballots are Democrat’s this year. Democrats are demoralized so enthusiasm is way down. Plus they live in California and probably figure Brown and Boxer can pull it off without their vote.
Is it possible that instead of voting thru mail, Californians have decided that it is better to go to the polling place and see it be casted themselves?
Is it possible they are contentious of the democrats changing the votes for themselves?
Will it be Californians are for the first time really worried with the outcome of the electoral process?
Thanks for the info I was misinformed the last time I voted.
I had to go home and get the mail-in ballot.
Well I sure hope you’re right, but I’ve seen it all before. They need more votes so they find all these ballots that haven’t been counted and they just so happen to be enough to put the dem over the top.
No doubt those ballots will still be cast
In California, if you mail your ballot, it must be received by the time the polls close to be counted. So any not mailed by Friday are in danger of not being received in time. However, for those who forgot to mail them, they can hand deliver them to their polling place or to the county registrar’s office by 8 PM and still have them counted.
