If Murray wins, even by a tiny margin, the results will be official immediately.
If Rossi wins by anything less than 7%, the results won’t be official until the Dems “find” enough votes to put Murray over the top. ...which very well could take until Dec.
And once Murray takes the lead in the “recount”, the results will become offical immediately.
