Absolutely. And between the two, the shooter and the shootee, I can't help but think that the latter is more to blame, at least on a personal level. It's one thing for a teenager to commit petty vandalism, but assuming that the shooter was an adult, to wreck not one, but two lives over such an act is tantamount to a modern-day tragedy. I mean, what the hell was going through the bugger's mind? You know that he was fully aware that killing the juvenile would send him to prison, if not forever, than for a very long period of time. Yet nothing was more important than assuaging his feelings at that particular moment. Now he's got to think about it every time Big Bubba blows in his ear.
