OK. Delawareans: I can’t vote for Christine, but I sent her money. Now it’s up to you.
Could somebody call in the FCC? Let’s force an explanation out of this TV station.
With Monday Night Football on tonight, there’s basically only one comparable slot available to make good on their time: the 6pm local news show.
Boy ..if that isn’t PROOF of the threat the Rinocratic Oligarchy perceives from We the People...i don’t know what is!!!
COD’s infomercial is up LIVE RIGHT NOW on the Delaware 28 TV station’s live stream page.
It is an excellent production, BTW.

You folks in Delaware need to take care of business on this one. Sarah Palin is right these are some corrupt bastards!!!
The next Alinsky target should be the MSM. It’s way past time to take ‘em down.
“Could somebody call in the FCC? Lets force an explanation out of this TV station.”
I love your hutzpah, but the FCC, EPA, et al, work for the one (snark.)
This isn't right.
“Yep, I would sue them immediately.”
Mebbe the DOJ will take up the case? SNARK.
Like Sarah so elloquently put it yesterday....CORRUPT BASTARDS!
Thanks for the update!
Exactly. They think we are all a bunch of fools if they think we believe that story.
I’d be tempted to pull their license. then again, I wouldn’t want to give the Democrats any ideas.
Yea!! Vote for her....and often!!
So it naturally follows that when Joe Miller wins, it's clearly a Palin triumph. They'll be all over the networks pointing that out on Wednesday, I'm sure.
I have lived in DE for more than 11 years, had never heard of channel 28 (Delaware28.com) before.
Since Christine O’Donnell’s announcement yesterday about the ad buy, I am sure that generated a huge amount of traffic to their website and station.
I was wondering last night I could not view the promised CO’D ad. And now this explains it.
Delaware is not a Right to Work State, so union interference is a distinct possibility.
I agree with those who recommend bringing suit. Since the value of those commercials in terms of getting out the vote is enormous, the damages claimed should be in the millions. Make these snarky would-be media gatekeepers PAY!

O'Donnell spokesman Doug Sachtleben said he was not sure why the ad did not air Sunday night. "I don't know if it was something on the cable channel's side," he said in an interview.
Sachtleben said the ad is scheduled to air on Channel 28 twice each on Monday and Tuesday, at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and that the campaign is negotiating on Monday for an airing on WBOC-TV, the Fox affiliate in the Delmarva Peninsula.
The campaign's plan Tuesday "is to go station to station with a DVD in hand begging anyone to run it," said the source.
