I grew my beard in the 70's in Alaska and I still have it 30+ years later in Idaho :D

In Maine, longabout Sept, the beards start stprouting - in anticipation of the cold days on November hunting and winter snowmobiling and ice fishing.

As I said before, Alaska ain't NYC or LA or Boston..."When in Rome..."

I don't believe in reincarnation. I wouldn't want to do this trip more than once. but on the chance that it is part of the game, I'm putting in for your neck of the woods to grow up in. ;o)
