Tehre will be no prosecutions as long as Obama needs the Panthers. Until 2012 when he can try to use them as instigators of massive race riots and intimidation. We know their methods now and we shouldn’t be so naive as to be disappointed that the government isn’t doing anything about these thugs.

Stokely was the “Honorary Prime Minister” of the original Black Panther party, so it makes sense this might have been a top-down payback from Michelle herself.
