I don’t think Biden has a clue as to what’s going on in the world. He’s like an enfeebled old 107 year old uncle, they trot out in a wheel chair. No idea whats going on, why everybody is there, even though its his birthday, but every once in awhile he says something completely inappropriate, that everyone just finds cute and adorable.
You know he was picked as VP as insurance against Obama getting a bullet (from his own party, I’m sure), and because he was the dullest knife in the drawer. Totally loyal, glad for any hand-out, and clueless as to what is really transpiring around him.
My wife says he’s a real life version of Uncle Joe from Petticoat Junction. I don’t give him that much credit.
Its almost like he was picked to be the comic dumb-ass of a comic duo, you know, one straight man, one goofball, like Laurel and Hardy, Abbot and Costello, Pen and Teller. Each comic duo needs one in the group to be the real doofus, and Joe... your it. Sad part is, the comic duo doesn’t work too well when your both playing the part of the doofus. You really need one ‘straight man’. Team Obama doesn’t have one.
