It's all about overpopulation. Any excuse to get rid of someone will serve the cause of population reduction. Justice will be served when the stupid people who voted for this crap find themselves at the hospice, wondering why they didn't get the surgery they needed. The elites will be fine either way. They have money and power, and will make sure that they are taken care of, but the little people are on their own. Hopefully, the little people will be lucky enough not to get sick, but if they do, they are on their own.
Fool, loudmouth and idiot Alan Grayson (D-FL) claimed this was the Republican Party’s “healthcare plan”. He and all of us knew all along that this is the Zerobama, Reid and Pelosi “healthcare plan”—kill off all of the seniors, take their estate taxes and redistribute the money to ACORN and illegal aliens.

Killing them would cost money.
Therefore, isolate them and then remove the bodies after they’ve died.
