“Get off your high horse.”
~~~
You are incorrect,,,
We paid for your right to vote and ours too,,,
You just spit on us with your post,,,
Ain’t like anybody cared...
My father would kick your ass for such a presumption, were he young enough, and you'd DESERVE THE ASS KICKING. You are the one spitting on your fellow Americans, not me.
Although you flatter yourself otherwise and feel entitled to something bigger, your service in the military did not earn you a damned thing except the gratitude and admiration of fellow Americans, along with a paycheck and well-deserved self-respect. THAT'S ALL.
You'd still have the right to vote whether or not you'd ever served in the military. Heck, you don't even have to have a high school diploma to vote in America. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO is be lucky enough to turn 18. You didn't "earn" the right to vote any more than I did. You were BLESSED with the right to vote, and yet you take credit for it as if YOU had something to do with it! You shame your military service.
So GET OVER YOURSELVES, guys. Service in the military doesn't make you Gods.
Morter, you really should be embarassed and ashamed for such a flaming display of vanity, egotistic pride, and contempt for your fellow Americans.
YOU CHOSE to serve in the military, and for that I'm grateful and for that I admire you. But you are WRONG if you think you're entitled to take credit for providing my right to vote. You are WRONG if you think you "earned" something that all you had to do was be 18 in America to have.
And you are in the WRONG COUNTRY if you think you're entitled to a damned thing from me or any other American.
