Can't stand Whitman but Brown will get rid of prop 13, if possible, or just plain tax me out of my home.

I'll take my chances with NutMeg.

I'll gladly take Fiorina over boxer. Again, I'm not crazy about her stint at HP as my DH was on the recieving end of her bad decisions, but as a senator, that has no bearing.

Bottom line, I'll be saying prayers for the next 24 hours that we get to say good by to Brown and Boxer!

Through educating people. All the lecturing on earth is not worth one three dimensional picture of an infant in the womb... and people like Randall Terry only turns people off to the cause. We can win this battle by using common sense, our brains and education... big one is education on all levels.

I was there too. It was so long ago that a majority of the Electorate doesn't have a clue about Brown.

We'll know soon enough if enough people of California have a clue. I'm writing a letter to the Editor at the Orange County Register just in case Boxer and Brown pull off a win. I was going to write multiple paragraphs, but I realized that attention span of a California Liberal is way too short.

Here is what my letter will say:

Editor,

It is time to change the State Motto of California, “The Golden State” is no longer relevant. I have a few suggestions.

1. The Welfare State.
2. You can't fix stupid.
3. It can't get any worse, or can it?
3. Dumber than a box of Barbara Boxers.

The Welfare state for sure after what I heard from Michael Barone this weekend, he said the middle class have left the state. It is now the wealthy and those who work for them or collect welfare. I think California has become Mexico. I hope we are successful in keeping Arizona from going there. Did you hear that 70% of the construction workers in NV are unemployed?

I live in South Orange County, one of the last Republican strongholds. We have no plans of leaving the State, but when it reaches a certain point, I'm sure something will have to give.

Right now, I'm looking after my 87 Year Old Father and my 86 Year Old Aunt, so there is no option for us to move.
Maybe someday, but not today, even if Brown and Boxer pull it off.

We lived in Irvine for ten years before we moved to Chino Hills and then out here to Arizona. My sister and BIL are still in SoCal; with my niece at UC Irvine and my nephew working in Irvine and pretty solidly establised, I don’t expect they will move anytime soon. I miss the California I grew up in, it upsets me what has happened to it.

California was the land of opportunity when my Father moved our Family out here in 1960. Just being here made you feel free and that anything was possible.

Disneyland, Hollywood, the Beach Culture, the Car Culture, we had it all.

Now, we are the land of wacko environmentalism, illegal aliens, Crips, Bloods, other assorted Black and Mexican gangs, rampant unemployment, corrupt Government Unions, corrupt Politicians, destructive generational debt and high taxes. In other words, Liberalism gone wild.

I moved there in the 50’s, my grandparents lived about five minutes from Disneyland. It used to be a all day trip to go visit them because all the freeways were not criss-crossing like today, to get from Palos Verdes to Anaheim was city streets, I remember how welcome the 405 freeway was... I never had any fears until the Watts Riots of the 60’s, things started to change then.

Thanks for “having my back.”

I can’t help but to be amused by such a pathetic response, amongst the many pathetic retorts on this thread.
