Well now , any smart government spin doctor would look at this say It’s not mis-spelled. “SOTP”” means ‘’Slow on the Pedal’’. (as in ‘’gas pedal’’, see?) Government is once easy when it’s explained. Tune in tomorrow and I’ll explain why you and I would buy a carpenters hammer for 25-30 bucks and the government has to pay $700.00 for the same hammer.(hint” It’s for government work!)
