Well, I'm glad that you at least have backed off that ridiculous accusation that Rove is a traitor to the US.
Actually, I was clarifying that the poster who originally called Rove a traitor probably meant "to conservatives". I will say that you are right - someone like Rove should not be put into the same class as Obama (although I don't think of Obama as a traitor, since I don't think of him as an American. I just think of him as our open enemy). However, the position of open borders and amnesty is a traitorous position. It undermines the US and its people at their foundation, and it is even worse when it is done in the face of massive popular opposition. I still have no idea why people like Rove support it, but I suppose that that it doesn't meet the Constitutional definition of "treason".

Traitor? Why give him such a praiseworthy title? Why honor him? By doing so you unfairly besmirch the reputations of upstanding traitors such as Benedict Arnold and Vidkun Quisling.
