The most important and fundamental responsibility of any officer of government is the protection of the unalienable right to life of the people. All the people.

It’s insane for someone to call themselves a conservative and suggest that someone who has made it clear that they won’t fulfill their oath to do the above is fit for any office, particularly an office that involves the execution of our laws.

I agree. There MIGHT be some cabinet posts that Rudy could handle where he could be told what to do and not screw it up, but I doubt he would take them.

If 9/11 had happened in one of the old Eastern Bloc countries, China or some other totalitarian state, Rudy wouldn't have gotten any praise and he would have likely been imprisoned for dereliction and possibly executed.
