The collective bargaining agreement is up in 2011. DeMaurice Smith, the NFLPA leader, is a big Obama buddy. The NFL knows that they don’t want to cross him, else they’ll be facing a huge strike. Also, Roger goodell is feminizing the NFL- what with the penalties against hard hits, the pink shoes and hats, the phantom “Penalties” against the Dallas Cowboys, and letting the New Orleans Saints win the Super Bowl.
I always thought that Roger Goodell was a conservative, especially since his wife Jane Skinner was a broadcaster on FOX News.
Well it is ironic because Obama’s time in office is halfway done, and once this Tuesday comes and goes, he is simply at the halfway point, a new lame duck. Gone in 2012!
