The FDA never really explains it’s lack of decisions on proven meds.
It is my opinion (which carries no weight) that any drug that is going to treat cancer might have a side effect on someone. The nature of the disease being treated has an assumption of risk.

Every now and then, I read or hear about a new medical advance, then I hear nothing more about it. In a free country, medicine would be evaluated by private organizations.
