This is just their way of coping with the insinuation that they are racist if the don't support him. If you say you like him it removes the potential for the accusation.

Obama has always been a conman. The lies are finally exposed and no one wants to admit that they were taken hook, line and sinker by a fraud. The most gullible cannot admit that they were conned, it makes them even more vulnerable for the next con. When someone is duped so completely as most of the electorate were, they cannot believe that so many of their friends and neighbors and people that they trusted either misled them or were duped in exactly the same way...and this was such a grand fraud. The pleasant television faces that they have trusted for all their source of news and facts have deceived them in the most dishonest and vile way, to admit that they were in on the great and immoral deception would be to admit that up is down and right is wrong. There is no one for them to turn to. They have been told that the other side is evil for so long that they cannot go there either.
Very few conmen last as long as Obama, Inc., but few have so many useful idiots to act as accomplices. When he falls, because he has become nothing more than the great lie he willingly chose to become, it will be epic. He is a liar above all else. He has consistently and willfully lied to the American public, who trusted him and put their great faith in him. They thought that he represented the best of themselves, only he willingly and purposefully betrayed them and the best part of the American spirit. We have never faced such a vile and deceitful public personage. It will be the great test of American spirit in how we deal with his unparalleled betrayal of the American trust.
