This should be used as a shot right across the bow of Obama and the dumbocrats....as a way to kill any attempts to ram through legislation in the upcoming lame duck session.
IOW....”Hey Obama...try to push through Amnesty, card check, cap-n-tax, or any other radical legislation during the lame duck session and we will drown you and the democrat party leadership with a tsunami of subpoenas, investigations, and hearings about your activities the last few years.....”

Winning will be like Night of the Living Dead. All the zombies will be out there voting. For all I know, somebody has already voted as me, and I’m not even dead. Good luck, people.
None of which will even get brought to a vote, until after the lame duck session, and doubtful if it ever will. Would never get past a veto, the Senate remains a question for now.
What can be done is Investigate, and reveal the truth, but I doubt they will even do that.

Re: your Palin/Palin suggestion who knows but I am not there yet of it being a possibility or winner at this juncture. I don’t think even Sarah Palin is.
Name one thing that could embarrass a democrat president, well maybe getting a BJ while talking on the phone to an ambassador, but hey nothing short of that.
