The survey released Thursday by Fairleigh Dickinson University-PublicMind shows Coons holding a commanding lead of 21 points, with 57 percent of likely voters saying they will vote for Coons compared to just 36 percent for O'Donnell.

Are people there really that stupid?
She’s such an excellent candidate, I am very surprizeded. Polls clearly must be rigged.
How can they vote for a well=spoken well-educated candidate, when they could vote for a semi-attractive ex-witch. It’s just crazy.
Seriously, if anybody surprised?
Let’s see....Rasmussen had this as an 11 point spread. Another poll showed a 6 point spread. Now, this one shows 21 points.
Someone (or all) is going to be very wrong.
I love O’Donnell and wish her the best luck, but she is a disaster waiting to happen.
Please. How about someone with credibility? Propaganda designed to suppress the vote.
So then why are the Dems still pouring enormous resources into DE? I smell a rat.
Tough love.
Are people there really that stupid?
Yes, I’m afraid that many REALLY BELIEVE that she’s a WITCH!
Wish they were as afraid of Bearded Marxists.
Thanks you, Karl Rove and the rest of the “elite” establishment. Too bad Delaware has decided to go all the way toward socialism.
Delaware hasn’t been as hard-hit as other states by the recession; among Democrats, who outnumber Republicans amongst a very small electorate, there are probably not as many people disaffected to the point where they’d want to protest.
Vs. Coons, who is an ongoing known disaster.
Hmmm.
Here come the new sign-ups...like ringing a bell.
I heard her on Levin yesterday. She sounds like any other reasonable conservative candidate. Of course, unlike democrats, she must also possess the record of never having said ANYTHING stupid in her entire life or else she is disqualified. I sure do wish similar attention had been paid to obama’s history before his election. I guess looking into a presidential candidate’s background isn’t nearly as important as looking at a candidate for the senate from Delaware.
my thoughts exactly!!!! if it smells like BS and looks like BS and is left by the bull in the field... well we know what it is.
No no, it’s a rigged poll designed to suppress the vote. Nothing wrong with the candidate, that’s simply impossible.
Certainly an argument could be made that 57% of them are.
They painted her a kook, and the label fit to the point she could not shrugg it off.
But let’s be serious here. Had Castle endorsed her, and asked to draw ranks behind her, she would have won easily.
He and the RNC abandoned her.
So screw them all. Delaware is looking at wholesale bankruptcy. The idiot democrat is mediocre at best, but apparently what they want in that state.
