To me, it says nothing about having less faith than anyone else just because I'm curious and might ask how certain conclusions were arrived at.

Yep. The eyes certainly can be a dead on sign of a disturbed person. Remember the runaway bride? I thought she looked kind of normal, but my husband pointed out that you could see the whites of her eyes all around the iris. He said that usually was the sign of a koo-koo bird (his words). I have to say that I've noticed this on lots and lots of mug shots since then. Also, when I'm in public and see somebody with this look...I go the other way.

I felt really terrible for the husband when I read that statement. He IS a public official...he had to put something out.
I would guess that he knew his wife was not perfect, but to blame him for what she (allegedly) did is beyond unfair.
I think my husband is a fine man and I would NEVER believe he did something like this....sounds like her husband is not 100% shocked. And, no I'm not naive...men cheat, I just know my husband would not molest a 14 year old.
I feel so badly for their children. UGHHHH!
