It seems to me some other Russian officials were not following the official about not selling that.
In fact I have no idea why Syrians wants a 100,000 ft ceiling Mach3 interceptor. I bet it’s turn radius is as wide as the Middle East. It is also a guzzler, I think right next to a Space Shuttle just enough to suck a 3rd World country or two dry.
Do they plan to declare a war against aliens?
