Midterms are tough for presidents, but party leaders aren't usually in trouble.
Next Tuesday Democrats will receive a crushing rebuke. More to the point, voters will be delivering a verdict on the first two years of the Obama administration.
Midterm elections are almost always unpleasant experiences for the White House, especially when the economy is weak. But key races that should have been safe for the party in power demonstrate the extent to which President Obama and his policies have nationalized the election.
In Nevada, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has a huge war chest in a state Mr. Obama won in 2008 by 12 points. Mr. Reid trails Sharron Angle by four points in the latest Rasmussen poll.

I guess those folks forgot about all the insults obama hurled at Las Vegas after he was elected...short memories put tyrants in power.

The Rats are shovel-ready for the dust bin of history.
Once the four jackasses appear, you’ll know the time is nigh.
Harry Reid and his big fat 'war chest'. That's all Nevada ever heard about from Dems before the GOP primaries: "Ooh, Harry Reid has a big WAR CHEST he just can't WAIT to use!".
I think that the law should be that a victorious senator-elect should have right to plunder the vanquished incumbent's war chest.
PLUNDEEERRRR!!!
I see Karl left Delaware out of the discussion.
If you can’t say something nice....
You may be Clintonfatigued, but I’m Rove fatigued. I just refuse to read anything by this guy. Boycotting the bum. I was through the link before I realized it was Rove.
Rove is out of it. He is a Washington insider and will be swept away in 2012 when we get back the Senate and White House.
Not to worry. Obama is begging blacks and Latinos to vote Democrat in November. I guess he doesn’t care about whites, Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, Germans, Italians, French, etc, etc, etc. So........the rest of the country can go Republican since he doesn’t care. Racism is now promoted openly by the White House.

Yeah, and it’s all due to a movement which has little to nothing to do with Karl and his brand of politics.
I would not bet the farm on the Democrats being wiped out or even hurt. Why? Because the Democrats will revert to their tried and true m.o. of rigging and stealing elections. There have already been reports of Democrats rigging electronic voting machines, bussing unqualified people to the polls to vote, military absentee ballots not being mailed out.
Please post the GOP Congress member’s response, outrage,and/or objections to these “irregularities”.
Agree, especially what this fool had to say about Palin in a British Paper today. He tried to co-opt the Tea Party but we're too smart to have a RINO like him trying to Lord Over this movement. He's desperate to be relevant again, so much so that he's now taken to trashing conservatives. He's not a conservative and never has been one. He knows if they are the center of Republican Power, he's no more than a fringe RINO geek he is anyway.
If O’Donnell wins, and I certainly pray she does, I would love to be a fly on the wall the next time (first time?) she meets Karl face-to-face.
She’d be too much of a lady to give him the cold shoulder he deserves.
Axelrod is pretty sure the fix is in and SEIU will save their bacon by fixing the vote.
She can always follow Sharon Angle's example and say it with flowers....who wants to bet Karl's response would mimic Joy Behar's?
Your day has come and gone, Karl. Goodbye.
