I dont remember the year but a few elections ago either Chicago or NY Dems where handing out free cigs to the street bums
Daley Sr. was known to have open bars and free cigars at polling places, when the polling places were in the aldermans basement. Of course, the alderman had to “help” you vote.
His kid the current mayor, was known for booze busses, that had smokes. They’d drive around, have beer and wine in the back for the hobos, and take them to vote.
Now, they don’t need all that. We have motor voter in Illinois. The illegal vote compensates and is less visible.
