Never been to Malaysia... had to keep up with the locals in Pittsburgh in the 70’s. That was hardcore. Interesting, but don’t recommend it.

Of course, it was still safer than Amagusto’s in the South Valley of Albuquerque... just ask Squantos.

PS: You might want to get Mom’s permission on that one. :)

Compared to Indonesia, Malaysia was completely safe. In Indonesia you couldn’t walk on the street if you were American. In Malaysia if you got drunk enough, a condescending local would point you back to the ship.
