never mind Border security, close that border and keep it shut would be a better option.

Having an old soviet rpg fired in ones general direction is a great push to motivate one to reevaluate career choice and examine other opportunity....
Like getting a job where people do not shoot rpg’s at your place of employment.

Exactly. Mexico is well on the way to becoming a failed state. We are now past the fence strategy. We need a border exclusion zone similar to the one between North and South Korea. Berms and ditches to stop vehicles, barbed wire entanglements to keep people out of the mine fields, and of course mine fields to stop personnel crossing. And forts every few miles to keep the wire under observation and prevent the enemy from clearing the mines.
Talk about a shovel ready project!

after gunmen fired more than 1,000 bullets and flung six grenades at their headquarters on Monday night. No one was injured in the attack. 1000 rounds of ammo plus six grenades but no one was hurt? Did the drug cartel hire the A-Team? At least tell me that a couple cops we thrown through the air with pneumatic catapults when a grenade went off a couple feet away from them (without shrapnel or any real blast effects).

We need to deport or imprison ALL illegal aliens, including their anchor babies,seal/secure the border with a WALL or FENCE,and have a lethal response to anyone who tries to re-enter illegally.
To: sunmars
Border security is about so much more than illegal immigration. Mexico is sliding into chaos and could rapidly devolve into anything from civil war to the next Hugo Chavezdom. Not building a fence now is going to look like a apocalyptic mistake in five years time.

Mexico, is quickly devolving into chaos. Cartels run certain areas and the feds have no power or will to stop this. There is only one possible out come, The cartels will evolve into 2 or 3 who will battle it out and we will be left with a "strong man" dictatorship on the southern border.
Our next war will be fought close to home, not half way around the world.

It’s already here. There was an execution in daylight in Casa Grande yesterday. Victim was sitting at a light, another car drove up and pumped him full of lead, then drove off. Not sped off, drove off. The locals were quoted on the news as saying the victim was an illegal in town to do drug business. There is reliable intel from Homeland Security regarding large drug cartel hit teams already infiltrating the southern US to take on competitors.I sincerely believe it’s only a matter of time before some of these animals attack a police station in this manner, just to make a point.

Last week, thugs threw two grenades at police in Sabinas Hidalgo, according to newspaper Noroeste.
So did the Mexicans steal the grenades from US households which purchased them legally?
Hillary tells me that's where they get 90% of their guns.
