Boortz was talking about an issue that they had a few years back in Atlanta.
A new sewer plant was going to be built.
Well the 'mostly White' folk lived on the North side while the 'mostly Minority and Black folk' lived on the South side.
The sewer lines were going to have to run South from the North and wouldn't you know it .. A Stink<--(pun intended) arose.
"The "Whites" were going to run Their White sewage down under the "Minority and Black Folks" sewage! (Oh No!!)
The plant .. I guess, was never built!?

Now we have .. a new position in the Obama Admin. ... The Environmental Justice Coordinator!!
